I understand that camp activities may include: hiking, river & sea swimming (only if child is at least intermediate level swimmer or with lifejackets and parental consent), canoeing, surfing, woodland bush-craft activities & cookery. I am aware of the activities of this camp and understand the risks involved in carrying them out. I understand that a strict code of practice with children will be followed and all activities will be risk assessed and I will be informed of any extra details of activities that are out of the ordinary pattern.(Required)
